All payments made to Veyra are final and non-refundable. Wallet recharges, coin purchases, prepaid balances, API usage charges, subscription payments, setup fees, and any other digital service payments are not eligible for refund.

Coins and Wallet Balance
Coins or wallet balance added to a Veyra account cannot be refunded, withdrawn, reversed, transferred for cash, or exchanged outside the platform.
API Usage Charges
API usage involves digital processing and third-party provider costs. Once an API request is initiated, processed, completed, failed due to user-provided incorrect input, or charged according to platform rules, the related amount or coins are non-refundable.
Payment Errors
If a duplicate charge or technical payment error occurs, users may contact support with transaction proof. Veyra may review the case and may choose to credit the Veyra wallet where appropriate, but this does not create a cash refund obligation.
Acceptance
By making a payment, recharging a wallet, purchasing coins, or using paid API services on Veyra, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
